THAILAND MISSION TRIP {PART 6}

So, we have traveled about 36 hours from Florida to Thailand and who do we see, none other than the University of Florida's quarterback, Tim Tebow, the 2007 Heisman Trophy winner.

He and his brothers came down for a couple of days to see their sister, who is a missionary in the South Asia region.  The Tebow family spoke to the students the last two mornings.  What an amazing family!  The students really related to them since they were also missionary kids.  Their parents were missionaries in the Philippians until Tim was about 5 years old.  Tim shared his story with the students of how God opened the doors over the years for him to play football.  He told the students that he feels called to missions and at this season in his life that is being lived out through the avenue of football.  The students had the opportunity to lay hands on Tim and pray for him.  Then, they all had the chance to go outside and catch a pass.
